Cobb Vaughn is one of Exit The Skin Palace's human antagonists.
Sketching him provided the insight that he apparently digs heavy eyeliner. And he's a lot hairier than I first thought.
Cobb and Perplexia are together. Somehow. Uncle/Niece. Old Guy/Way Too Young Girl. She might be hosting something old and evil, but this still doesn't excuse the palpable "ick" factor.
